The small is a new size. I am not promoting it....but will be curious if anyone tries the little one.....how they perform. The smaller interest me for my MiniMax.....though I currently have a carbon steel wok I use frequently.

Not a fan, though I have never used one like that. I have one like that, a Le Creuset CI wok that came as part of a used set I bought years ago, but I've never even heated it. Way too thick for wok cooking, IMO.

I have a paper thin CI (Chinese) that I really like. About as thick as a carbon steel wok. I think the Wok Shop in San Francisco sells them, but I don't know what sizes. Mine came from China Town in NYC.

Wok Shop also sells a carbon steel sized for the Mini. @Mickey uses one. If you call her and tell her Mickey sent you, she'll know what you want. =)

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Lodge thinks highly of those. The wok I bought from CGS works like a champ.

I wouldn't have guessed there would be adequate demand to produce a mini wok.

     I've got the big one - it's a beast.

Prefer the CS Wok from The Wok Shop on my MM. Lodge has CS pieces so it's odd they would go this way with CI and the pricing makes the decision even easier. I love my CI pieces but, CS is nice on the wok.

Cast iron Wok. Way too much for something I will seldom use, if ever.

  • I have that exact 14" CI wok, except I picked mine up at a sportsmans warehouse on sale for $44.99 not $90. Works great on my large egg.?My girlfriend loves Chinese so that's what lead me to it.
