Wings & dirty shrooms

Late lunch/early dinner. Half dry rubbed wings, half marinated in Stubbs beef marinade.  Large brown mushrooms stuffed with dirty rice and some Italian blend shredded cheese from TJs.  All turned out great, the Stubbs beef marinade is soy, garlic and red pepper. I marinated for about three hours, longer would've been even better but as it is they got great color and caramelization, semi sticky wings.

    I will do that.  I've marinated tri-tips overnight with it and it's great.

    I think dirty rice with some cheese mixed in might be the perfect universal stuffing.  I'm undefeated with it so far.  I've taken to freezing in batches sized to use as stuffing.
