2 level cooking system?

I have seen many different options for cooking on 2 levels. I need advice on what the absolute best option is. I am not handy, so making my own is out of the question. Just looking for the best money can buy.

I don't think you will find an absolute best, just opinions..I just use a few small fire bricks set on edge and another grate, or just fire up another cooker if I really need the real estate

Tom, the CGS owner, has a great reputation here for not only providing a great product line, but also for his honesty in steering people in the right direction. Tell him what you want to do and he will tell you what you need to get it done. I've been hearing about CGS from the first day I joined here (in 2009) and I have never heard a single complaint.
