We wanted something lighter for dinner on this hot Texas Saturday so I made some Green Lightning Shrimp and Rock Lobster tails in a spicy butter. If you have not tried this GLS recipe, then you need to. Recipe can be found here:

Paired it up with some roasted corn on the cob, tossed salad and grilled pineapple for dessert.
