Green Lightning Shrimp

We wanted something lighter for dinner on this hot Texas Saturday so I made some Green Lightning Shrimp and Rock Lobster tails in a spicy butter.  If you have not tried this GLS recipe,  then  you need to.   Recipe can be found here:

Paired it up with some roasted corn on the cob, tossed salad and grilled pineapple for dessert.

Lobster and shrimp, what more needs to be said?

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

Arsenal-Just a small wore out and broken down Weber kettle. No other means to cook at all.

I've been wanting to try this for ages, but my wife severely, severely hates cilantro, and it's one of the main ingredients, so I haven't.  Yours looks wonderful!
