18" drip pan capacity

I plan on doing about 35 pounds of pork butt and was curious if anyone has experience doing this all at once and if the CGS 18 inch drip pan would be adequate.

I don't know about drip pans, but I know that when a diaper says "14-18 pounds" that's all it will hold. 

(Sorry, I couldn't resist.  Consider this a friendly "bump" to try to get you a meaningful response)

I would guess no.  I'd suggest an aluminum pan with higher walls.

I use salt and this is the pan I got from CGS. Works fine. Just a thin amount.

@Mickey I searched "salt in drip pan".  I did not find too much (although you may be THE authority on the subject .  So salt keeps drippings from burning?  Do you know if rock salt would work?

See no reason it would not if you get a layer in it. Still do not sit it (pan) directly on stone. 
I use the pan as my indirect (no stone needed).

I've got one and it'll be close. I did 13lb trimmed brisket and 22lbs of butt and the pan was completely full

Thanks for the help. I added some deeper drip pans along with the other pan. I am going to be keeping an eye on it. I don't want an overflow.
