Hello everyone,
Received the Large BGE and 76" custom cooking island and few other items and accessories for last Father's Day. It is a blast to be cooking and smelling all the layers of aroma of the natural charcoal, smoke, food and seasonings all around me. I got some questions to ask but in the meantime I'll just read and search thru the forums to avoid repeated questions and answers
Below is my rig and if any of you have questions about it feel free to ask.

Great set-up right there.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

Geez, I got a B&N gift card for Father's Day. What's that say about what my kids think of me?
Welcome, enjoy the recipes and advise from the veterans of this site. They have sure helped me out tremendously.

Very nice setup. Welcome aboard. The search function can be helpful. Especially if your question is about aging meat. But don't be shy about asking questions. Some people think of this place as a library where you can find the answers. Others think of it as a BBQ lounge for discussion - even if it is the millionth time that discussion has been held... so take advantage of what's here to its fullest.

Fantastic looking setup! I love the way wood looks, but I'm no longer crazy about the idea of holding a fire within a wooden structure. Your setup looks great, very functional, and much safer than wood. Great combination. I think it looks great, too!

That table looks great. I thought I did well on Father's Day with 3 bottles of malt, but I'm going to have to recalibrate my expectations now. Keep posting pictures of food and booze and you'll fit right in.

I got a golf shirt for Father's Day. I might need to trade the wife and kids in on a new family
