Pork Loin

g8golferg8golfer Posts: 845

-3 pork loins seasoned with garlic salt, black pepper and DP raging river. Going to cook till 145 IT and let rest for 10-15 minutes.

-Jalapeños, banana peppers, and sweet peppers stuffed with cream cheese and ground beef wrapped in bacon. First time doing ABT so hopefully they turn out as good as they look.

Thanks for looking

My wife picked it up at the grocery. It was turkey bacon. She's a health nut. It's like chewing cardboard.

I was gonna say it looked weird af.  Whatever dude came up with "turkey bacon" should be taken out to the woodshed for a beating.

@JustOneOfTheGuys that would be great. I'm trying to get her to understand that I would rather eat great food and be happy rather then eat healthy junk and be miserable. I have a fat life insurance plan so if I die from a heart attack at 32 she is setup  =)
