First Shot at Smash Burgers on Blackstone

Had a few friends over for Smash Burgers. Takes a bit of planning and having everything at hand and ready to go. Cooking is only about 1-2 minutes per side. But when you have 14 2oz patties going at once it is a bit like juggling!!
The finish product was great!!
