  • Wow!  Now that's a keeper.. I like what you did with the area under the egg with the stone.  Is the work surface on the side of the egg stone too?

    I couldn't think of a better cook for its maiden voyage.  Enjoy!

    Great table and set-up.  Enjoy the cook and eats.
    BTW-can't tell from the pic but  you should air-gap the BGE in addition to the paver.  There have been too many (>0) fires from the wood below the paver fatigue failing over time.  FWIW-
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
