Sous vide & sear tri-tip, came out amazing

I've been wanting to do a sous vide and sear tri-tip for a while, finally gave it a shot.
Thanks to @SSQUAL612 gave this Santa Maria style seasoning a shot. I've seen this online and had been wanting to try it for a while!

Here's the meat, from Costco:

Looking pretty good. Went easy on the seasoning pre-sous vide, didn't want it to be overly salty.

Went 134F for 3 hours, this shot was taken before it was even up to temp. Spoon kept it submerged well.

Seared 2 minutes a side at about 500F on the egg. Came out AMAZING! Added a bit more of the seasoning before the sear. This stuff is really good! Edge to edge perfect medium rare.
