Experimenting with Fajita-ish

Hey all,

I've been browsing through recipes that use the newest Dizzy Pig purchase I made, Fajita-ish.  Seems like most people use it with skirt steak which sounds great but I usually cook up a weekly batch of chicken for different purposes.

Any preferences or favorite ways to use this stuff? I figured I could go traditional and just use it as the rub before the chicken goes on the egg but was just looking for some more creative ideas for the newest rub I stocked up on. I'm not just limited to chicken, that's just what I cook the most.
