So I copied @Killit_and_Grillit cook from a couple days ago. Took some boneless chicken breast with S&P and tsunami spin. Then took some sweet peppers and mini tomatoes with EVOO S&P and cooked them up on the XL. Wife made some lugini noddles with Paul Newman alfredo sauce while i grilled. Mixed it all up and topped with Parmesan cheese. Overall a fast easy meal and it had great flavor. Thanks to @Killit_and_Grillit for the idea. I didn't tell my wife where I got the recipe so she thinks I'm turning into a cook.

@GrateEggspectations exactly. I purchased my egg in May 2016 and I couldn't make an egg sandwich before hand but now I feel like a 5 star chef after spending a year on this forum.

Great looking plate, btw. I'm a sucker for pasta and your post is making me hungry. My wife and I sometimes use our Kitchen Aid mixer and pasta attachment to make homemade pasta. Quite a treat!
