Quick note to newer elfs.
It is most likely that if you are giving to me, I am NOT giving to you. I'm giving to someone else. It is not reciprocal.
A couple years ago my elf did not realize that and the emails I got were sort of odd. You give to who the Master Elf picks for you but they most likely are not giving to you.
Hope me that makes sense but it seems to confuse some folks new to the exchange each year.

As reported by a few of yall, you received a pairing email from Elfster. It was a mistake, but luckily we caught it and corrected the mistake.

Still time to sign up!! We're sitting at 50 in the main exchange and 15 in the noob. Last year, we had 71 so we're right on track for last years numbers as I anticipate peeps to join at the last minute.
