Happy Wednesday fellow BBQ brethren tonight the pirate is bringing something a tad different BROWNIES recipe from the Big Green Egg Cook Book just a warning this recipe includes like a metric ton of various sugars. Decided to use my neighbor's egg, felt that the microwave option would just be too easy.
Brownie Batter:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon instant coffee
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
4 large eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1.5 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon table salt
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
Icing:
1 (8-ounce)package of cream cheese
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Kahlúa
2.5 cups of confectioners' sugar
350 in the egg till done.
I will say although possibly the richest desert I have ever had it was probably the best.
Hopefully it is ok to post the recipe since it did come to the "Big Green Egg Cookbook"
Thanks for looking.

Like I said "metric ton of sugar" I could barely eat one without getting the sweats.
