Pork butt was the 2nd thing I ever cooked on the egg, and I'm still always amazed how good it turns out.    Every time I smoke one I go, "Damn!  I have to make this more often!"  And then I forget about it until the next party.  :)

Smoked 2 Costco shoulders today (15 lbs total) at 240 degrees for about 15 hours.  One came off after 14 hours.  Just let 'em ride until 203.

This sandwich was worth the wait...
