Norah's latest cook. I know you're all probably sick of these

so Norah's got a big weekend of cooking ahead of her(all her doing). Tonight she wanted to make some simple sliders.  We started with grass fed beef from the local butcher, seasoned with salt, garlic, onion and a little ghost pepper(her favorite).  She wanted to stuff these with Munster cheese.  Here are a few photos of tonight's cook.
