Great weeknight cook, Costco here in Cincinnati has recently started carrying Kiolbasa Brand sausage, but only the garlic so far, I keep looking for the beef and Jalapeño.

@CincyTiki all the Kielbasa brand foods are really good and high quality.  If you get a chance to get some of their bacon, it will blow your socks off.  A little higher priced than store bough, but well worth $$.
Every time they do a road show at our Costco I ask then to bring the Jalapeno cheese sausage....that was really good.
@Hotch you and Lloyd!  I had earmarked one for this mornings breakfast tacos, but seems to have gone awol....I wonder who had a third sausage =)

That looks great! I just had the roasted garlic for dinner. I have had it a few times as an app. I usually smoke it and slice it up.  Tonight was the first time I had it on a bun like a brat. It was really good, but I prefer it "straight up" and sliced.  Don't get me wrong, it was delicious, but this sausage is too good to eat on a bun.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Looks great! I think our local Publix has these sausages available. I'll have to give these a go and I will definitely be looking for the bacon too.

Simple, neat and easy. Have the mosquito's let you use the porch to consume that fine looking meal yet?

@shtgunal3 I have noticed here in GA Publix has this buy 2 get 1 free every so often. It is definitely worth full price but check your weekly ad and stock up.
