    @TN_Sister_State - Should you make it to Zingerman's grab some of their coffee spicy rub.  Cleaned them out a few years ago.  Definitely works well with beef and poultry.  (They may have co-opted @Mickey 's recipe  ;) )

    Zingerman's rocks!  I used to work down the street from them.  I looked at their schedule and this starts next week!  I was scheming on how I could get down there until I noticed the prices to attend.  Yowza!  Pass.

    Yea those prices are way too high, i would rather stay local and attend the food and wine festival down here.

    15 minutes away and the prices are exactly why I will never be there.
