Did wings tonight. I think I could feed other half wings every nite and he would not mind.  Anyway, cleaned, rinsed and removed tip from wing and slathered on the DP Mole and let sit for about 30 minutes.  Cooked on the small @350ish for 45 minutes.  
DaYum these were good.  Served with pan fried garlic potatoes, tomatoes and lettuce.  The mole wings really complimented the Buttermilk Ranch salad dressing.

    Looks good, Joan! Sides too! Funny thing is, I eat a ton of chicken... but have never cooked wangs. Ever. I like 'em, I just don't bother with 'em. 

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
