Zach's Wing Sauce - Anyone try it?

Options
I follow Caribeque on instagram and they had some of these sauces in one of their post. So i went to the website and it intrigued me, especially the spray bottles. I ordered the same pack for 20 bucks - Sriracha Lime, mesquite heat, better buffalo, and sweet heat. I dont like making sauces so figured i would give them a try. Anyone heard of them or tried them?

Ill post some pics when it comes in and reviews of the flavors. For the record i am in no way affiliated with them just thought it was cool to have a wing sauce i can spray on instead of mop. One handed application.

Agreed.  I imagine I would rather spray than mop as well.  Let me know how it goes.

Found some at Jewel Foods, while picking up $10.99 cases of Bud.  Trying Sweet Heat.  Stubbs Original is BOGO.  SBRs is $0.77.

Thanks for the heads up, looking forward to the next wing cook.  Worst case, I will reuse the spray bottles.  Kind of a cool story, they're from the "Lou"...it has to be good. =)

On the rotation today via Weeber Wing Machine, after some yard work, Revolution Sun Crusher, tunes and hammock time.
Figured the standard Plowboys Yardbird treatment would pair well with the Sweet Heat flavors.

The hit of garlic up front was a pleasant surprise.

Out of the bottle it's pretty damn good, medium heat.

Had never heard of them but went ahead and ordered a 4 pack myself. Not a bad deal with shipping included for $20. Not as good as what @Focker found locally tho.

Instead of the mesquite I went with chocolate chipotle.

I checked their site for local vendors and there was one - my local organic food store a couple blocks away. Kinda surprised by that. Their price was more than the 4 pack direct tho.

    Looking forward to spritzing!

One hr in, sprayed when they were put on, and every 20 min.  Temp is now three-fitty.

Took a spray, layed down, and it lingered...this stuff is fire.  Will be fun with the KBQ @HeavyG, no doubt.  Glad you picked some up.  I will go back for some Better Buffalo.

    Almost there...

I have a shelving unit in my garage, and I bet I have at least 20 different sauces out there.  I just love trying different sauces, and it's not really expensive.  I'm all over this one ... sauce in a spray bottle sounds awesome.

Cool, worth a try for sure @Hub.
This really exceeded expectations, and super easy to apply, both settings worked fine.  It's hard to try another flavor after this, was a perfect balance of flavorful sweet, garlic, heat, smoke, char.

I ordered sweet heat, better buffalo, chocolate chipotle, and sriracha lime.  I wanted to try them all, but I am pretty sure sriracha lime will be my go to.

Checked on their site and they sell them at Jungle Jims by my house.  I'll head up there this weekend and pick up a couple of bottles.  Probably the Buffalo and the Sweet Heat.

Awesome, batches are perfect.  Section them off and spray away.

I'm on board thus far with this stuff.

Made so many variations of Larry Wolfe's sriracha wings that I don't buy sriracha any longer, but may pick up a bottle of the sriracha lime to spin a bird on the rotis.  The spray sauce is perfect for this too in a pinch.

Let me know what you think of the chocolate chipotle.  I may pick up all of them to try for 4 bucks each.  Zach's will be a hit at the campground for sure.

@Hub please let us know about that chocolate chipotle for sure. I chose sriracha lime over that one.

Ouch!!!!  Went to Jungle Jim's tonight after work for some groceries and they do carry them, but at $7.99 a bottle!  WTF!  I passed.  I'll order them online.

And just ordered myself a 4 pack for $20 with free shipping.  Still not the $3.99 posted above, but best I could find locally.

    Thanks so much, they were.

Watching Rick B and a Mexican chef make mole with 23 ingredients and braised beef tongue overnight, mole cooking for a whole day...I may now reach for the Chocolate Chipotle.  Don't get me wrong, I love a good foodie project, but damn.

Alright, because of this thread, I bought the 4 pack... I don't want to make my own sauce and Frank's Red Hot is missing something, for me.

Last night's prep and fridge air out for today's Mizzou treatments, including Chigger Creek Persimmon.

Chocolate Chipotle tastes good out of the bottle....nice, warm, smokey, linger of heat.

    Zach is 2 for 2.

Squirted a little more in during the chop.

Guac, pickled red ernyin, jalapeno, lettuce, chicken, Pedro Lopez hot taco sauce.  Tortillas were made today at my Hero Street spot, still warm when I opened them.
