My delivery is coming in today.  Looks like wings will be on the menu at some point this weekend!

Mine arrived on Thursday, other things have kept me occupied but i have a similar package, different brand, of wings like this from Costco that will be cooked this weekend. Gonna try all four flavors and have wings for days.

So I apparently had a brain fart at Costco and grabbed drumsticks instead of wings. Since I cook what I have drumsticks it is. Trying mesquite heat with Martin's BBQ devil's dust and Sriracha lime with Sriracha powder. Skin is currently drying in the fridge before the pre-preds game cook. Also tossing some chicken breasts on for lunch this week. I'll report back the flavors later.

I did a batch of wings Saturday and tried the Better Buffalo.  The flavor was ok, a bit mild for me, but the spraying concept worked great.  Just make sure you turn the nozzle to mist instead of stream.  It was incredibly easy to cover the wings exactly how I wanted them.  It was MUCH more accurate than my standard way of saucing.  I plan to try another of the four flavors that I purchased soon.

So the crowd favorite tonight was mesquite heat. I can't account for it's hotness level seeing how I used a dry rub called devil's dust but you can taste a hint of mesquite with a nice sweetness in there too. The Sriracha lime was simply outstanding. The flavor profile is perfect and I'll use that whole bottle in no time. All in all my wife was extremely happy with the cook and did my first raised direct with a few bricks. Great cook all around and these sauces are delicious.

Left the grid for a bit, just rolled in.
Lazy, leftover lunch with that rotis'd bird from earlier, Tony's tortilla chips, Cabot sharp cheddar, diced pickled ernyins, jalapeno, Pedro Lopez hot, a squirt of Chocolate Chipotle, and cilantro.....for whipping stuff together on hand and short order, phenomenal.

Better Buff and Sweet Heat were a hit off of my 14 WSM, nephew(6) ate 12 alone off of one batch, he counted and made sure I knew. Lol

I need to get back to Jewel and grab several more before the sale ends.

Haha, that's awesome. These sauces have amazing flavor and that spray bottle is a game changer. Only have to lift the dome for a few seconds and done. The wife was skeptical when i placed my order but she is really excited after she tasted it. She even requested wings with nothing but salt and pepper next time so its just the sauce flavor.

I agree, Zach crushed it out of Busch, and into the river.

The Better Buff is tame, and good flavor, perfect for a crowd.

Anyone know if any of the flavors has an apricot "twang" to it? Love sauces for wings that use apricot in mixture.

I've only tried mesquite heat and srircha like and neither had that. You could always brush with apricot preserves and match a spray flavor.

I dunno boys .. was really excited about this sauce.  I bought a four pack and couldn't wait.  I absolutely, positively believe the spray method is far superior to the mop or shake method .. however.  I just finished my third batch with my third different sauce.  Each one has had an overwhelming plastic flavor.  That is the only way I know to describe it ... wings that taste like plastic.  Am I the only one? Did I get an old batch? Anyone else taste plastic?

Man, I stumbled on this thread I'm now 5-10 business days away from trying a 4 pack of these sauces. Really like the different options they have rather than just buffalo.

Ordered 2 sriracha limes, a sweet heat, and a mesquite heat.

Thanks to everyone who posted pics and opinions. Really excited to try out the spray method as it seems like it makes the whole wing process a little bit easier.
