The wife wanted prime rib

Options
Went 7 hours at 130° in the SV seasoned with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Holy Cow. 

Removed, pat dry.  

Made a butter, garlic, fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper paste.  Rubbed down well.  Put on the Egg at 500° to get a crust.  Didn't want a huge flame, that's why I went indirect.  

Baked potatoes and some sauteed corn.
