Sous Vide Coulotte Steaks

First time for me with my new sous vide circulator.  Did water bath for an hour @ 129 then a quick sear on the egg.  Probably the best steak I've done. 

In sous vide for 1 hour @ 129 degrees


Out of water bath


Quick sear.  Probably could have seared longer and at higher temps.


And should have used my cast iron grate instead but it needs a little love as I haven't used it in a long time.



Probably my most consistent medium rare all the way through.
