SV skirt... sick!!!

Easily in the top five apps I've made on the egg. SV the skirt steak 131.4 for an hour and a half. Then finished off with a quick sear on the medium.  Quick grill of the baguette coated with olive oil. Base was cauliflower purée and topped off with chimichurri.
