Flappers on!

Options
dismembered some flappers this AM with the kitchen shears to avoid dirtying a board. Dusted them with butchers honey rub and Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom. Rolling 275-300 with some hickory. Got some Franks wing sauce and some John Henry's no whimp wing sauce. I just discovered the John Henry sauce this spring at a cook demo and I like it! A lot!
