Tri-Tip Marinade in Basque Norte

Posts: 7,234
Tenderised and marinade for 24 hrs.
Grilled to 135* then rested for 15 min. This marinade is just wonderful we well use it and use it again thats how wonderful it was!

Brother Ross, I just spent a week in CA. The only good thing about it was they had Tri-Tip for 2.99 a pound at a store called Ralph (a rebranded Krogers) in down town El Sugundo.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
Status- Standing by.
