What Was Accomplished during the First 100?

The accomplishments of the first 100 minutes of my day
didn't amount to much.
Besides Showering and Shaving, there was a lot of [ahem] Movement and ungentlemanly noise - that's about all.

Even worse, apparently there were some irrational and unrealistic promises made.
In example, I told The Wife that I would, on Minute One,
use the Egg to make her some Chocolate Mousse!

Turns out, the Moose is already in so much debt . . .

Luckily, the day wasn't a total loss.
We had these Short Ribs . . .

 . . . and marinated them overnight.

Also . . .
Wanted Jerk Chicken, BUT ,
My wife read "Hot & Spicy" on the label . . .

and then opted for a [much] tamer option.

Anyway . . . This happened.

Done.

I tried my best to get my wife to try the Walkerswood "Hot & Spicy".
I told her to close her eyes and open her mouth.

Happy 100th, everyone!

At least she didn't try to impeach you before the ribs hit the grill.

Yeah, without those irrational and unrealistic promises, you never would have been elected to the office of husband.  In the business world, underpromising and overdelivering is a good recipe.  In politics and relationships (I'm not sure which we're talking about) you have to compete with all the overpromisers to get your foot in the door so that's not an option...

That cook looks a lot harder than I would have thought. Who knew that cook could be so complicated.
