With work and being out of town a lot, the past month has been crazy. There hasn't been a lot of time to catch up on the egghead forum. Anyhow, here are a few cooks we have done over the past couple weeks!

The lighting is not great but you get the idea. The wife loves lamb chops so we decided to do Mediterranean one night!
Lamb chops, pita bread, hummus, Tzatziki sauce. (Don't judge me on the other sides, that's all we had in the cabinets!)

The lamb chops were marinated in:
Garlic
Thyme
Rosemary
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Cooked at 500 about 2 1/2 minutes per side.

We've also been on a BBQ pizza kick, had some leftover boston butt so we decided to make a pizza.
Cooked at 500 for 8 minutes.


Need to work on the crust but it still tastes great! Side note I am really liking my ceramic grill store stone!
