Maiden Voyage on the New MiniMax

Roswell Hardware is extremely dangerous.  Wanted a portable cooker to compliment the L and XL.  Threes a charm.  Got the MM with Woo and stone.  Break in cook is fish tacos using Soupaddict's sauce that someone (sorry can't recall who) linked on a thread here.
Turbot filet with sauced slaw and a squeeze of lime.  Avocado and salsa on the side.  Thanks fer lookin.

Also curious, were you fairly certain you were going to get another BGE or did you seriously consider going another direction with the portable cooker? If you were considering others, what weighed most heavily in your decision?

Great new addition.  You are on a roll-what's gonna be the third good deal you nail today???  Perhaps decorum may preclude a truthful answer  =)
    Most eggcellent cook as well.
You need to get the rain gods to start feeding that lake in short order.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

I know some thugs with MM's who tout its capabilities.  I've seen and eaten what they cook on it.  Didn't really consider other options honestly.

Spent most of the day in the kitchen with Nichole preparing food to offer you in exchange for bloody Marie's.  Took the day off for that.  The MM really was a spontaneous purchase.  Safe travels tomorrow.

I just did a 8#pork butt overnight, old school. Vents only, no babysitting. Best one yet! Half the lump  was unused. Had to raise the temp probe to fit it in.

I don't have a table yet for the new egg. The AF was to protect nightstand underneath.
