Hello, My wife came back with this package but am unsure what it actually contains and then how to cook? Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.
They are the spareribs of the lamb. You can marinade them in a wine herb marinade or brush with olive oil and standard seasonings. You can do low and slow with a mild wood or you can do a raised direct with higher heat. They will cook faster than standard ribs. Looking for IT 145 ish
Well...one could Braise it - season and brown with a small amount of oil. Add water or stock, cover pan tightly and cook at low temperature until tender.
