Matt posted a great looking, healthy grilled chicken dish earlier today, or yesterday, or recently  . Helped me choose grilled salmon Caesar salad.  Grilled sockeye on a traditional Caesar prepared by my much better half.  Healthy can be good.  This was.  Cheers.

Looks great but you have to ask @Mattman3969 if you can eventually meet the stringent requirements and graduate to a diamond plate presentation.

Anchovies were on mine but not in the pic.  Nichole does not like them.  I'll never run with Matt, alas.
