Beef on Weck Sushi

In Buffalo we have a sandwich called Beef on weck.  It is top round beef on a roll that has course salt and caraway seeds on top of the bun.  It is legendary.  A chef came up with a beef on weck sushi. He uses thinly sliced ribeye as his outer wrapper with sushi rice and tenderloun inside topped with the course salt and caraway seeds drizzled with a horseradish cream sauce.  I did not have access to a slicer so I used rice paper but all the other ingredients were the same.  We cooked 3 tenderloin steaks and only used 2.  I forgot to take a picture of all 3 together but her is the one we didn't use.  Now we are on to pork tenderloin.  One with Jack Daniels rub and the other with DP Mole.  Thanks for looking.
