Loks good bro. I want to try that for my wife as she loves baked apples. 

It's more of a spiral cut so the loin opens up flat.  Then stuff, roll and tie.  It's a fun cook.

I tried this on my spousal unit last week and actually followed the recipe (surprise surprise).  It turned out fantasatic as she went back for thirds!!!  Thanks Brent for sharing!
