London Broil

I have a friend who got into the meat business recently at Southern Meadows Farm in NC so I've been trying a lot of different stuff. Tonight it was a London Broil cut.
I marinated it in a mix of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, rosemary and garlic.
Grilled it hot and fast, pulling it off aiming for medium rare.
It was spot on and tasted great. Took care to cut it across the grain to make sure it was tender. A definite win for me given this was my first attempt at this cut of meat.

Love London broil! Really good with a lite marinade and then served with fresh horseradish. Well done!Doug

Looks like a winner! LB is actually one of my favorite cuts! In fact for many years now it is meat which is center most of my birthday supper which I make for myself! My sweet wife of 50+ years understands this and enjoys it with me herself!

When I make London Broil, which is not often enough, I make a savory Burgundy wine sauce with it as well.
Yours looks delicious, and has me heading to the store to get one marinating.
Beautiful cook and presentation. Thank you for sharing."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

That looks great. I've had some good ones but never been able to do a really good one myself. I either over marinate them or under marinate them an I can't get it just right.Green Eggin' in South Carolina

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
