I've had mine since November and I love it. Install was super easy and the light still shines bright after regular use for 4 months. There's a couple pics in my post from when I got it.

I installed a motion detector, battery operated twin adjustable LED light, which has an off switch, 30 second timed lighting option and full on. Works pretty well."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

does the motion detector aspect gobble up much battery juice when sitting there idle for so long or do you just make it a habit of turning it off when you know you won't be using it?YukonRon said:I installed a motion detector, battery operated twin adjustable LED light, which has an off switch, 30 second timed lighting option and full on. Great question. Great point.RRP said:

Yes it gobbles the batteries. We have been cursed with rabbits, and they were setting it off like a strobe light on a disco ball.
I have since learned to turn it off and on when needed.
@RRP, I usually set it on MD for a 3hr or less cook at night mostly in the winter, very seldom in the summer. For all nighters I use the off and on mode. Batteries seem to last infinitely longer.
