Meatloaf and tater wedges
Haven't made this in while. We had a friend and her daughter over for dinner and her 13 yr old begged for meatloaf (things like this just don't happen right?). The egg really does something to this simple cook. Anyway, we enjoyed it.

Meatloaf looks great.
How did you do those taters?"Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

Meatloaf on the egg was one of my first big surprises as an egg owner; it's a new level of goodness.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Thanks for the compliments. The wedges recipe was shared by @WeberWho a while back. We've made them several times - once in the oven and they weren't quite as good. They come out better on the egg in my opinion.

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out. -
