@Sardonicus I never knew a Hasselback potato slicer existed, those things are such a pain to slice by hand if you use small spuds.
Top cooking, by the way, what a great spread. -
Epic.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Thank you for an excellent and entertaining post. Effort and execution!

Over time, I've accumulated several things that weren't necessary, but purchased anyway.

I was curious about how they got their name and did a little research. A Hasselback Potato is the Swedish version of a baked potato. It takes its name from the Hasselbacken Hotel Restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden. It was that simple!

So what was your copay for that meal?

The USPS delivered my Hasselback Slicer today (Sunday!) that I ordered Friday immediately after learning of their existence from @Sardonicus.
Won't get a chance to use it until Wednesday. Hope I don't cut myself using it but if I do I'm thankful to still have Obamacare.
