There is NO EVIDENCE
that microwave ovens
will transform into appropriate tools for smoking Pork Chops and Shrimp!
None.

So we got the Egg smokin' and . . .

A Good Friend of ours in Oxford, NC (also an Egger) recently commented
on Carolina-style BBQ sauce(s).  That prompted us to buy and try this stuff.

We basted two of these thick bone-in chops with that sauce.

It was a nice change of pace (We seldom sauce anything).
We'll try it again on next Sunday's
Shoulder Roast.

It's hard to find the words to explain how good the chops and shrimp tasted.
I mean . . . WHO is that articulate?!
Who?

This stuff:

That stuff . . .

 - it was . . .

We mean that Literally.  And Seriously.

There's a mustard-based sauce from the same folks.  That might be the one we try with Sunday's pulled pork.

    Great meal you had there.

And I think these folks might be able to help with getting your microwave into alternative form factors.

Lille Q is the only western-style sauce I've ever had that is any good. The Smoky is just ok.
