Australian rack I broke down into two rib chops and a chef's
treat. Marinated in garden rosemary, oregano with garlic, OO and lemon juice. Cooked direct at 425. Parboiled medium red skinned taters finished on the egg next to asparagus finished with lemon. One of my favorite meals. Thanks for looking.
Great view and meal. I can see you just kicked back and savoring life in general.
Coleman, Texas Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats... "Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?" YukonRon
Equally stunning cook and vista in the background.

@bgebrent That is a fantastic cook Brent. Beautiful view as well. That is the epitome of what life is all about. FYI, the Joshua Tree release was 30 years ago yesterday. Great way to celebrate. Go Cats.

I always hear that lamb is an acquired taste. That looks like something I could acquire.
