Took some nice thick Iowa Chops and put into a bath at 140 for an hour. Dusted them with Cookies Flavor Enhancer and into the bath. Took them out and seared on the SBGE at 800 degrees for a minute or so. Came out amazing with steamed carrots and small potatoes dusted with bacon salt.
