Original recipe here from @NibbleMeThis. I do this the lazy way with store bought honey mustard and it is dead simple but so good.
My lazy version:
My lazy version:
- Pork Tenderloin
- Onions
- Bacon
- Ken's Steak House Honey Mustard Dressing
- Kings Hawaiian original rolls
- Your favorite rub
- Rub the tenderloin and grill raised direct until 145 IT
- Cut up bacon into small pieces and fry it until almost crispy. Add the onions and cook in bacon grease until translucent, then add in honey mustard and mix.
- Toast the buns, add a slice of tenderloin and the honey mustard/bacon/onion topping.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Look delicious! Actually we have a local meat packer which have produced ground pork patties for years and we love them! After rubbing I grill them direct at 325-350 for 4/4/2 with that last 2 melting a slice of hot pepper jack cheese. Then on to a bun and top with grilled onions! Man-o-man are those good!
BTW for local readers - that's little ol' Raber's tucked away off of Farmington Road. -
