I love Texas and hate you!
You sure you have that right?????
It seems like correct prioritization to me...

    Have you met caliking?

@Spring Chicken they had a few choice briskets and then this monster in the same bin. A fella in front of me flipped a couple of them over and then walked away. The CAB was hidden underneath them.

Cen-Tex had mentioned a while back that CABs get mixed in with the other briskets at HEB , so I try to check whenever I'm there.

Dude the tides have turned in recent months. We are no longer swimming across the great lakes to get in to your great land. The flood of illegal immigrants from the US is crippling the economy. We have started construction of a wall. You will be paying for it by the way.

I drove an hour each way to get CAB prime for $3.99 a lb. Worth it.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Heb buys select briskets. When the supplier doesn't have enough to fill the order, they ship choice/cab. Heb eats the price to keep the folks happy.

Every once in a while they accidentally put the select price on prime briskets. They usually have prime frozen in the back.
Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.
