Ive been thinking about doing this myself.. Firehouse is literally down the street outside my neighborhood.

Grew up with extended family, and friends who were, or had parents who were first responders and fightfighters and even fire chiefs.

Just don't know how well recieved it would be for me and the 3 little guys to just show up one evening with a few foil pans of fresh pulled pork, vinegar sauce and bread would be. I know I may not trust a stranger pulling up with food to feed me that I've never seen or know their intent. I don't know any of them, but have lived and worked here for over 10 yrs.

I just enjoy cooking and smoking.. Eating it all... much lower on the spectrum at times.

Brother Hotch, I could make about ten million jokes out of the above. But I'm on my meds tonight so I will quietly pass it bye this time.
On a seperate note, great looking grub my friend.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

@FATCITY Just go talk to them first. Invite a few over to show them your setup. Take a sample or two of what you want to cook. I'll bet yo will be well received!

@SGH The bottom one tasted the best!
    Thanks guys.
