 Although they look nice I have decided the labor to trim/tuck them properly is not worth the effort unless really trying to impress someone. Legs are fine as they come out of the package as far as taste goes. And lately they have been priced as low as .39 per pound which is lower than I have seen in well over a decade. I have had plenty legs (or quarters) lately instead of my favorite, wings.

I have been doing legs like I do wings. Killer.

I tried this last week as well and decided that it wasn't worth the effort. I cook mine on one of those hanging racks and they are excellent that way with no effort
