Really Good Wings, Again

Wings Take 2
Dried in frig for 5 1/2 hr then brushed with canola oil, salt and pepper, and dusted with cornstarch through a mesh strainer. Both sides, one hour before grilling. Sauce
Warmed in jars in a simmering pot of water. Tossed in Sauce after pulled from grill.
350-375 indirect, for a little more than an hour, then pulled plate setter. Temp rose 400+. Grilled off till crispy.

I did some last night as well. Went with a garlic siracha rub then indirect at 350 for 45 minutes. Took off and tossed half in hot and half in a honey gold then put back on grill for 15/20 at 400. Back off and tossed back in sauce. Wife loves them so it makes my life easierMemphis raised me, T-Town made me...Aint never been nothing but a winner
