That's what Mrs. 500 said. They were really good this time.
Last night; separated and left uncovered in frig.
3:00pm brushed with canola oil, kosher salt and cracked black pepper, dusted with corn starch through strainer
4:15pm fire
4:40pm wings on indirect 350*+
Flip half way
Remove plate setter, grill direct until crispy, tossed most in Teriyaki
Sauce and rest in Buffalo
Sauce. Serve immediately. Served
With fries, celery, and blue cheese dressing dip, cold beer.
Teriyaki Sauce
1 1/3C. Soy Sauce.
1 T. Corn starch mixed w/ 1T. Water for thickening.
1/3C. Rice vinegar instead of rice wine.
1/2C. Honey.
3T. Minced garlic crushed w/ a mocahete to make 2T.
1T. Ginger paste in a tube instead of fresh.
No Sriracha.
2T. Dry mustard.
1/4C. Light brown sugar.
Simmer.
1/4C. Water.
Buffalo Sauce
Substitute 1T siracha instead of all Frank's RedHot.

These wings were really tasty. I do take
credit for making some good sauces for them, but I must give credit to my fellow Eggheads on the technique of cooking these wings. On my own, I never would have thought to dry them in the frig overnight, or to dust them with corn starch to crisp them up. I owe that to y'all. Thank you and God Bless America!

I saw them on the buffalo post. They look great. Mine had to travel for 45 minutes and when I got there nobody had their $hit together so they steamed too long and were a little chewy. But eternal vigilance and all.
I need to get me some bowls like that."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."
