turned my uuni 2s into a BS pizza oven, lol  :)

- replaced pellet hopper with rusty propane burner from a discarded turkey fryer
- replaced stock rectangle stone with 13" CGS round stone
- salvaged lazy susan from an old tv stand
- added fire brick as flame shield

- stone preheated in about 10 minutes, on low heat
- each pie cooked in about  2.5 minutes, on low heat

    Very cool!
(I'd be worried about the lube in the Lazy Susan bearing being heated/catch fire...)

Awesome , Gary! Both the pies and the mods :)

Did the lazy Susan survive the heat?

    Thanks all.

@bgebrent I never gotten into making my own pizza dough and stretching dough without rolling pin until now. This dough has been cold fermented for 3 days, have been playing with different hydration levels. I enjoy the crust more than the toppings!

@paqman To be honest, I'm not happy with pellet soot problem, may be it's pellet quality and/or user errors, need to figure that out after winter.  Meanwhile I'm really enjoying it with the gas burner and other mods.  After going through so many mods I think I can take a steel box/barrel and convert it into a pizza oven  :)

@Botch Thanks for the heads up, I just checked, think I'm okay because I see dry exposed ball bearings...

@caliking I want to try baking naans, hope they don't puff up too much due to lack of toppings.  Lazy Susan is fine, as you see in video I didn't crank up the burner too much.
