Lunch today while tearing down trim in the kitchen. Buddy hooked me up with some 70 yr old corn crib 1×8s to rip. Will be perfect for my countremporary kitchen fusion.

0.4 lb chuck
Raising the steaks
Brioche
Bacon
Shallot
Jalapeno
American cheese
Duke's
Roma
Guac

Brought home with a Nathan's half-sour pickle and herb note of the Boulevard.

I have the 17 inch I use for tailgating. I think if your size requirements can be met by this size....it is extremely mobile in my opinion. We do cheese steaks for example for 608 people quite easily.tz666 said:U sir make me want to order one with this cook. Thanks hof. This grease leak is a 2 part problem, corner notch and tack weld underneath. Hopefully, the JB Weld can fix both, as seen about half in on this vid.HofstraJet said:FYI - here's the thread with the JB Weld grease trap fix.

@HofstraJet,
The O'Reilly's down the street has this in stock, should easily hold up to consistent 500s.
High Heat JB is maxed out at 450.
