Pork Chop (Pic Heavy)

2" bone in pork chops. Marinated in Worcestershire, garlic salt, pepper, and dizzy pig tsunami spin. Put on the XL at about 350 till I got the IT to 150-155 and wrapped in foil for 10-15 minutes. As I flipped the pork chops I sprayed a light mist of apple cider vinegar and Dr Pepper (buddy of mine cause it dangerous sauce). They turned out absolutely perfect.

In the 2 pans on the stove 1 was mustard greens with real bacon bits, chopped red onions, and apple cider vinegar. In the other pan was fresh mushrooms from the local store marinated in Dale's seasoning. I put foil over both with holes punched in the foil and turned the temp on medium and let them simmer while I cooked.

Overall the cook was awesome. I love cooking southern comfort foods on the egg it's like a drug it's so addictive.
