OT- Philly cheesesteak & chips.
@bgebrent and I had the same idea for tonight.
No blackstone though...
Wife likes sautéed, I like raw.
Chipped sirloin
Pan needs to be hot.
Have the Amaroso roll ready...
Add the New Yorker white American cheese
Took my half out and added sautéed onions for my wife.
Wife's:
Mine with raw, ketchup and side of chips.
Delicious cheesey gooeyness....
